My computer was just sitting idle for like 45 minutes and I came over and the screen was doing this. I've tried restarting multiple times, I've checked for windows updates, I've updated all my display and graphics drivers, there are no updates in the HP support center app... Nothing is working. I found a post elsewhere that said to try starting up and hitting F10 to get to the bios, but it flickers there too.

Has anyone seen this or is my screen broken? Again I didn't drop it or anything, it just started doing this. This is my first HP laptop so I've never dealt with them, but as usual their stupid virtual assistant is useless and I can't find a phone number. I'm freaking out since obviously the stores are closed and I'm working from home. Does anyone know what I should do or have a number I can call?

Thanks.
