Spectre x360 internal screen ?cracks

Spectre x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

IMAG4609.jpg

My Hp Spectre x360 screen has these very odd appearances now at the top corners of the screen.  There is no crack to feel but there looks to be a scratch under the glass on the top left.  In both corners, there are point sized similar ?scratches right at the black edging.  They don't come out well in a photo, I have a video but can't work out how to upload it here.  They are visible with the laptop shut down so not dead pixels.  It's still in warranty, but has anyone else come across this or have any advice?

Hi The_Fossette

HP support were great, it was a fault in the LCD and they've replaced it and returned it to me.  The only issue I have at the moment is that they put some kind of yellow tape around the edges which I've removed except for 2 bits which seem stuck between the glass of the screen and frame at the top right corner and top.  I've tried pulling it with tweezers but the pieces are too small.  Anyone have any tips to get those little pieces out without pulling the screen apart?
