I really need help to contact the official hp repair station. I bought my laptop in the USA, but now, I am locating in China. My internal display screen was broken last year without any reason, only showed a small black spotting at the start. But now, it spread to the whole display. I have been to the China repair office and looking for help. The solution they gave was to change the whole cover plate with display and show me the ‘teardown’. Is that the correct repair way or not?
