Streaming TV, after bo problems for 9 months I can no longer Stream Movies from Amazon Prime Video.

After about six good months of Streaming Movies & TV Shows via Amazon Prime Video & before that a previous six months of Streaming Movies and TV Shows on Netflix the Streaming just stopped (that was a month ago) however, it did & still does give me an Error Code "From Amazon" We're experiencing a problem playing this video. For assistance, please go to www.amazon.com/dv/error/7031. #1: 2 Hours on the day it happened & tens of hours (so many hours every other day or so) Amazon & myself helping out a bit, Amazon is no closer getting me a reason or a fix with that above 7031 Error Code from the screen of Amazon Prime Video TV Show or Movie that's supposed to be playing/streaming a Movie/TV Show but besides the ERROR CODE the entire screen is Blacki! So, 6 months + 6 months + 1 month = 13 months & my Windows 10 Laptop is only between 13 & 14 months old but every day it gets
a little bit Slower, Non-correct working basically almost totally dead PC now. This is after in 11/19/19 & 03/10/20 a Consumer Relations Support Agent & myself did a Windows 10 System Recovery via a Media Stick (16 GB USB Flashdrive) each time 12 hours after the Laptop would get a little worse. If I told you all the ways it acts up I'm not sure if I would laugh or cry. ALSO: YouTube, VUDU, Pluto TV & Tubi TV all STREAM FINE when the Laptop decides to work. Can you believe that BS? Anything or Ideas Anybody has would be greatly appreciated.
Respectfully,
Barry
