Stuck blue pixel on a brand new HP Omen max laptop

I received my last week and noticed a stuck blue pixel on the screen when it's black. I dismissed at first as maybe something that will go anyway, but it seems that it really is a stuck blue pixel. This is unacceptable for a brand new $2000 laptop. Can something be done?
