Stylus pen does not work

New stylus pen does not work properly in HP laptop but works on other devices while screen can only detect fingers properly. 

Tried to reinstall driver & made sure that pen is all good with Microsoft Support but still the same.

Not all pens are the same and not all machines are the same. Your machine is compatible with
