Stylus pen not charging

Hello I am having issues with my stylus pen. It wont charge. I used it on 08-03-2023 and I tried charging it today and it will not charge. I am using a c-port charger plugged to the wall. I usually charge it about every 4 days but now its dead.

I understand you are facing an issue with the stylus pen for your laptop.. Not to worry I will help you to resolve the issue.
I suggest you follow the steps from this document to fix the issue. (Click on the Word document to open the web page).

Or try to charge it with another or the original cable it came with to isolate the issue.
