Just today, my laptop won't let me adjust the brightness, and has completely removed the option to. I am currently running on Windows 10 (64-bit) and again, just today out of nowhere does not let me adjust the brightness. The laptop battery is completely dead (it doesn't work without being plugged in) but this issue has never affected anything. I would really appreciate some help with this ASAP as the screen is damaged enough already.
Thanks 🙂
UPDATE: The laptop has now completely gotten rid of the option to sleep.

Hi,
Download and reinstall the AMD Graphics package on the following link.
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71870.exe
When the reinstallation has completed, restart the notebook and let Windows fully load for a few minutes before checking.

Hi,
Can you post back with the full Model No. and Product No. of your 14 series notebook - you can usually get this by holding down the fn key and pressing esc, otherwise see Here for a guide on locating this information.
