Product: HP Pavilion x360 14 Convertible PC 14-dy2000 (4R5T5AV)

I recently ordered a Sunwoda HP Active Pen, this one exactly , as the user manual for my computer (HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-dy2xxx) says it would be compatible. Because there is no bluetooth/connection button on this stylus, it is supposed to activate automatically when placed near the computer screen (as long as the battery is inside, which it is), but it's not being detected. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

Is your computer compatible with the pen ? Does your machine support a pen ? Please use the following way to find out
