HP Notebook 15-af131dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Problem:  mouse pauses every few inches of movement; then starts then pauses

Installed new SSD in laptop.

Installed Win 10 64-bit.

Before I check for updates, the synaptic mouse and a USB mouse work without issue (no pausing every few inches).  Both mouses' show the same behavior before the update (they work) and after the update (they both pause).

Windows 10 update history shows a new driver installed (v19.3.31.31).   This seems to be the problem.

HP Support Assistant shows no new drivers.

How do i get rid of this problematic driver and go back to the original driver that works without issue?

Thanks, Darryl
