Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop just had a BIOS update to windows 11 version 23H2 and opened it to see the tablet mode task bar despite being in laptop mode. The laptop thinks that there is no keyboard as the onscreen keyboard icon appears when "turn on when no keyboard detected" is enabled. The keyboard still works normally but also works when I push it back into tablet mode. The auto screen rotate doesn't seem to rotate either. I have restarted the laptop, turned on and off the rotate lock. I have also tried uninstalling the tablet slate sensor driver. All of this was working before the update so I have no reason to believe that it is hardware related.

What is wrong and how can I fix it.
