HP laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The TouchPad on my HP laptop is very sensitive to the touch and it gets in the way when I'm trying to type emails: the cursor moves all around the screen if my hand comes anyway near the TouchPad. Is there a way to turn the TouchPad off temporarily? I'm hoping I can toggle it on and off without uninstalling and reinstalling via Setup. Thanks.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to turn off the touchpad temporarily

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

You can go to settings then touchpad and there you can turn off and on the touchpad.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
