Product: Monitor HP V27i FHD
Hi, I ran into such a problem that after installing Windows and drivers, a dark pixel appeared on the monitor. That is, not broken, but just darkened, as can be seen in the photo, I ask for help in solving this problem.

There is no way to "solve" this -- as there is nothing that can be done if individual pixels darken of even fail.
If this is still under the original HP warranty, then you should really check with Customer Support at this link to see if they can do anything for you:
