The Web Cam in my new HP Spectre x 360 is not working. Please help

My HP Spectre x 360 is barely 6 months old. I just have a need to use the webcam. But when I click on Camera in Windows 10, I get the message, we can't find your camera. 

Please help me resolve this issue.
