HP 140dh010tu X360 TOUCH
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The cursor, without touching the computer at all, will jump down to the Windows Search Bar on the bottom left of the screen and get stuck there. 

I have removed and re-installed BIOS, and touchpad drivers. 

I have turned off Enhanced Pointer.

I have reset the mouse and touchpad settings. 

I have done all possible update of drivers etc but still this problem continues

please help

I understand that you are facing issues with the touchpad wherein the cursor freezes.

 

This issue could occur if the BIOS or Touchpad drivers are not updated.

 

Let's go through a few steps to troubleshoot this issue.
