The hinge of my screen is coming apart - HP ENVY Notebook - 15t-q300 CTO

HP ENVY Notebook - 15t-q300 CTO
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For some time now, the hinge of my laptop screen has been coming apart. It's getting quite bad, and I'm afraid that the screen will eventually come off. It wiggles a lot when the laptop is moved, even a tiny bit. The body of the laptop has a gap in it, and that is (mostly) what is causing the screen to hang, usually backwards. The angle of the screen can't be precisely adjusted because of this, and makes viewing at certain angles a bit difficult. It is even wiggling back and forth now as I type this. I usually don't keep it directly on my lap, and instead keep it on a table while in use. Please help me! 😟
