The laptop does not see the docking station for connecting the ionizer

Hello, today I bought a docking station of this model for my laptop 1PM64AA, please tell me why the laptop does not display a second monitor through this docking station? Or even if you connect one monitor, it still doesn’t display? I will be VERY grateful for your answer.

It has  (1) USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C 5 Gbps signaling rate (data transfer only; charging or external monitors not supported) port therefore If you wish to connect 2 external monitors (only), you can use

• Monitor 1: HDMI direct cable,
• Monitor 2: Using a Displaylink Certified USB-A to HDMI adapter such as

                                     USB to HDMI Adapter

Yes, I saw your answer earlier, and realized that I bought the wrong thing. Could you tell me which additional station I can buy and use for a second monitor? Or the best option is a usb-hdmi adapter
