Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When I open the laptop screen on my HP Pro Book 450 G7 the screen flickers dramatically until  the screen is in the appropriate viewing position. I have bene advised that the cable feeding the image to the screen from the main body of the laptops is more than likely damaged. Does anyone know where I can get this repaired in the Canberra ACT area?
