Hi,

If the PC is still under warranty you should get in contact with HP support directly.

https://support.hp.com/in-en/contact/laptops

If not, it is going to be expensive to replace the screen and the keyboard.

The whole display assembly comes as one part (part number L20552-001)

and the keyboard/top cover comes as one part  (part number L18946-001)

Examples:

https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=m570.l1313&_nkw=L20552-001&_sacat=0

On page 52 of the service manual you can see the steps to replace the display assembly.

"The top cover with keyboard remains after removing all other spared parts from the computer" so you need to completely disassemble the PC to replace the top cover/keyboard and put all parts in the new top cover.

Hope it helps,

David
