Hi
I've bought this laptop 6 months ago and this problem starts since 2 or 3 months.
I've tried synaptics driver version 17.0.18.8, 18.1.8.1 and 18.1.15, all version have the same problem
sometimes the cursor freeze, sometimes the cursor moving around and out of control
sometimes the touchpad detect I'm multitouch even when I'm only using one finger
what can i do?
any suggestion to solve this problem? i'm really impressed of this laptop and this the only problem that i found

Hi,
Try the following.
First, download and reinstall the Chipset driver on the following link.
When this has completed, Shutdown the notebook.
Unplug the AC Adapter and then remove the battery. Hold down the Power button for 30 seconds. Re-insert the battery, plug in the AC Adapter and start the notebook.
When windows has reloaded, see if the following Synaptics driver is any better.
Synaptics Driver Version 16.0.1.0

If you're running Windows 10, have you tried version 19.0.12.0 - if not, it's on the following link.

Hi,
Try version 17.0.8.0 for a couple of hours and see if you still get the same issue.
If you do, post back as there are other driver possibilities to try.
