Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The touchscreen facility has stopped working in either position. This happened whilst working - have I touched a combination of keys? Without the touchscreen the 'pad' position is completely useless. Any and all help welcomed.

To better assist you - May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

The trouble shooting was very helpful and it worked. I must admit I had several aborted attempts before I finally decided to go ahead. Deleting part of the programme is not an easy step to take. In the meantime I have a new folio laptop and have to say the quality is not as good as advertised. I have only owned this for 2 months and already the corners are getting raggity and even splitting on one corner. What can I do to re-enforce the corners?
