Zbook 14 G2
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

OS: Windows 7

So, our company ordered two of these laptops, Troubleshooting one led to a replacement motherboard, and eventually replacing the laptop, and both the replacement and the other new laptop are both still crashing.

Faulting driver is mctkmd64.sys, which google tells me is a USB to Display driver... which we've never installed/used for any reason. They're connected directly through HDMI, and the crash occurs even when not connected to an external display.

We troubleshot with a clean disk and fresh install of windows, and then updated to latest drivers, then rolled back drivers, then checked AMD's site for alternative drivers.

These units just keep crashing, and when they reboot the Intel GPU is disabled and the AMD Firepro gives an Error 45 indicating it's stopped functioning. Re-installing and rebooting resolves until the next reboot.
