HP EliteBook 840 14 inch G10 Notebook PC (6V5W7AV)

Hi,

I use my laptop with two different monitors (on two different places) via Thunderbolt (USB-C) as both monitor and docking station. From one day to the next, no image is transmitted anymore - although charging, audio, and USB devices connected to the monitor still work perfectly. Only the video signal is missing. I’ve tested this with three different monitors. Same everywhere. Tested some BIOS stuff, but no success.

As a workaround, I’m now using an additional HDMI cable for the video signal, which is rather inconvenient. Can you help? Thanks!

I have to correct the description: Audio is alos transferred via the HDMI cable. The USB-C cable connects only usb devices and delivers power.
