Hi,

I have recently been using 2 external monitors, one via HDMI and one via a Thunderbolt 3 Adaptor. However, the second monitor connected via thunderbolt 3 is no longer waking up, despite appearing in the display settings. The monitor appears as greyed out and the option disconnect this monitor is enabled. Upon deselecting this option, and selecting keep changes, the option reverts back to disconnect this monitor, with no changes happening. The monitors are MSI Optix G24s, and I have tried them on different laptops and devices, with them working correctly. All of the drivers are also updated.

Any support would be greatly appreciated

James
