Hello,
I want to tell my experience about hp branch in Sri Lanka. Accually I bought a new hp i3 laptop in a store(unity system) located in Colombo, Sri Lanka. It was bought march of 2023. Suddenly it seems display problem like white colors in corners of display. Then I was bring it to the store and they take it to send the hp branch. After 1 month the return it without any checking by me. Then I came and check. While checking, I notised some errors they made.
1. The display is take quite yellowrish color and seems a clear yellow color pach on the display.
2. Some letters are not working properly in the keyboard which was working well.
These are my main problems.
Then I immediately call them and bring it back to the shop. They accepted it and agin told we will solve the problem. But it not return me until now.
I am a university student. So i want it me back.
Pleace hp i want your help..
