Hi, I really need a touchpad driver that is compatible with the windows 10 version 20H2. I am really hoping someone can help me with this issue as I have contacted windows where they took control of my laptop and tried everything. They told me I had two choices of either installing an older version of window which I do not want to do or hp provide a compatible driver for the windows 10 version 20H2. They searched the hp website for a compatible driver but there were none.

Please help,

Thanks

Hi, Lewis, I'm wondering if you have the same problem as I do, i.e. what you mean by the touchpad "not working". For me only the clicks don't work, but I haven't tested an older Windows 10 version. Anyways, thanks for the info.

Hi, sorry I wasn't more specific. The cursor does not show when the mouse is removed. Windows were looking into this issue for about 3 hours and could not fix. They tried installing all previous drivers on hp site for touchpad with no luck. They insisted that I contacted hp for an updated driver that is compatible with windows 21H2. Unfortunately my laptop has never been restored as it would have been easier to revert back to a previous date.

Thanks
