Product: HP EliteBook 850 G6 Notebook PC

Hi,

I'm facing an issue which is: My Touch screen is mistouching randomly even if I do not touch the screen.

It keeps mistouching and cursor disappears/blinks. There's a hollow cirlce shown on left side of my screen on which cursor keeps on clicking by itself. The only solution working for this issue is I disable the HID touchscreen from device manager.

What is the permanent solution to it except disabling the touch driver
