Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi All,

 

I am currently having issues with my HP 250 G7 on windows 10. The cursor freezes and requires a key press or press ctrl\alt\delete before it activates again. On top of this if i play any video on any platform (netflix, bbc iplayer, ite player etc) threw browser or app after 10 or so mins an audio / video controller widget pops up on screen and the video starts to lag and stutter. I have fully updated all drivers and tried re-installing drivers for touch pad etc but no joy.
