Product: Hp Cromebook 14

This started about a week ago and its gotten worse over time, Occaisionally when i try to use the touch pad it will: not work at all, only work horizontally, click in random places, switch windows in google, and barely move at all. I don't know if this is hardware or software, the warranty ran out october 11 and today is october 22. The computer is only around a year old and should be working fine.
