Touchpad LED won't light when double tapped but still disables touchpad

The title says it all, When I double tap the little white sqaure inside the touchpad, it does disable it but the LED stays unlit. It worked in Windows 8 and 8.1 before Windows 10.

My touchpad is by Synaptics and driver versions are:

Synaptics TouchPad V1.7 on SMB Port

Synaptics Driver version v19.0.12.98

SMBus Driver 19.0.12.98

Has anyone else noitced this issue?

Below are my specs:
CPU:2.5GHz up to 3.0GHz AMD Dual-Core A4-4300M Accelerated Processor
RAM: 5 GB ( 1 GB Stick and 4 GB Stick)
GFX:AMD Radeon HD 7420G Discrete-Class Graphics
HDDS: 2x 500GB HDD (Primary Western Digital and Secondary is a Toshiba by a HDD Caddy in Disk Drive Bay)
