Touchpad and touchscreen Issues

Good day,

I recently got the Pavilion x360 convertible 14-dh1152nia. It came with a windows 10 home and i did a clean install of a windows 10 pro. After the installation, the touchpad and touchscreen has refused to respond. I have done all the required updates and i did an update on the BIOS also but still no response from the touchpad and touchscreen. What else can i do to resolve this issue?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the touchpad and touchscreen are not working after changing the operating system.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

What is the product number of your computer?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you download and install the touchpad driver from the below link and check if it helps.
