Touchpad isn't working

Hi @ichi370.

I did follow your constructions:

1. Udate the BIOS (now, i'm using Windows 10, so i chose the BIOS version here):

http://h20565.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?sp4ts.oid=5359406&swItemId=ob_169423_1&swEnvOid=419...

Result: BIOS updated: from 68IRF Ver. F.04 to 68IRF Ver. F.63

2. Then i installed Synaptics dirver:

http://h20565.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?sp4ts.oid=5359406&swItemId=ob_166960_1&swEnvOid=419...

But, everything is no change. Sorry i don't think update the BIOS could be help my Touchpad to work.

By the way, i very really appreciate for your help. Thank you so much!

If you have a free time, do you think any way could help my problem?

Touchpad isn't working

Open add/remove programs and look for synaptics then uninstall it

Go to HP website then install Synaptics driver.

Please give us an update about the progress.

Yes, i totally did follow your construction. But it's still working.

I have done follow these steps in below:

Step 1: Remove the old synaptics driver. (Use OIbit Uninstaller)
Step 2: Dowload driver on Hp website and install: (version) 19.0.19.48 Rev.A(5 May 2016).

Step 3: Restart computer.

// That is, but touchpad don't work. Anyway, i really appreciate you help. Thank you!

Maybe i have to find other way.
