Despite the hefty price tag, I didnt enjoy this laptop. First, kept crashing to blue screen, then wont boot to Windows, then keyboard doesnt work. All that whilst still under warranty. Had my keyboard changed… Now after 2 months warranty expired, the touchpad stopped working. Called tech assistant, problem logged but been days and nothing…I have another laptop since 2015 (another brand), didnt cost as much. No problems whatsoever…how?
