Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone!

I know there are a lot of questions out there close to this one, and I've tried every solution so far (including recovering my pc) but nothing seems to solve my touchscreen issues. It doesn't work at all, not even intermittently. I have an HP Envy x360 convertible type.

I can't seem to even make the thing appear in Device Manager: and when I try to download the drivers directly on HP.com  I can't find them.

Has anyone else had this issue? What recourse is there? I don't want to have to restore the system again, even when it keeps your files it's a major pain to reinstall your apps and programs.

Any help appreciated, thanks!
