Touchscreen Not Working

HP Envy x360 AMD 5 4500U
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Laptop Touch Screen Is Not Responding Or Working i've Reset my PC No luck ive lost all my data just to fix the issue and it has not been fixed. My Touch Screen Is Not Working And In Device Manager Its Shows Error Code 10 on I2C HID Device (NOT COMPLAINT HID DEVICE) If Cannot Fix This Issue Soon I might as well return my laptop for a full refund since i can get a better deal on a laptop with not touchscreen.
