Touchscreen and pen not working after Windows 11 install
01-22-2022 07:07 PM

I did a fresh install of Windows 11. Touchscreen and pen no longer work. Device manager lists "HID-compliant touch screen", is showing up normally and states device is working properly. Windows 11 is up to date. Tried turning off automatic power off management, didn't work either.

Not yet. I have submitted the issue to Microsoft. I am going to wait after the February Windows 11 update, see if that fixes anything. Luckily this isn't my daily laptop and I don't want to start any drastic troubleshooting until other options run out. I am having a hard time finding a new Windows 11 touchscreen laptop with similar hardware specs to attempt other drivers.
