Touchscreen stopped working and in Device Manager the I2C HID Device shows a yellow triangle with a status of "This device cannot start. (Code 10)".
Event error shows:
Device ACPI\ELAN0732\4&b41edac&0 had a problem starting.
Driver Name: hidi2c.inf

Windows is up to date.
I'm trying to confirm if this is an hardware issue via the advanced options in the BIOS (insydeh20) but the tab is not available (I tried the several suggestions offered online to no avail). Could you pls share instructions on how activate the advanced options?
Thanks!
