HP Recommended

When I first purchased my PC (VivoBook_ASUSLaptop TP412FAC_TP412FA) it had a working touch screen.

The touch screen no longer works. The virtual touchscreen icon is still on the task bar. However when it is pressed a bank screen pops up. Any help would be appreciated.
