HP Pavilion Plus 14 inch Laptop PC 14-ey0000 IDS Base Model
Microsoft Windows 11

I received by HP Pavillion laptop about a month ago shipped from China, everything about the laptop is pretty good except for this wobble on the trackpad. Almost like a camera shutter, it folds in before you actually can click the trackpad. At first, I thought this to just be the quality of the trackpad, however upon going shopping for a laptop sleeve in the Best Buy store, noticed that they had a floor model of the same laptop. Curiously went to test that trackpad and low and behold it was perfectly stationary and had no wobble in the frame. Although I am out of the return/ exchange window by a few days at this point, is there any way to utilize my factory warranty or just get the laptop serviced in general? I paid a lot of money for this laptop and it Is unfortunately defective.

I will contact their support, do you know how to get a hold of a real person though? such as a phone call or live chat with a real employee? WOuld certainly like to explore my options and am not even opposed to going to a third party to potentially fix the trackpad, I would just like to get it fixed as it is very annoying to work with.
