Hello!
I have two IC2 HID Devices with one showing a Code 10 error. I have tried to troubleshoot/deactivate/delete the one with the error and then tried the working one. Neither of these work. My laptop is up to date and all drivers are updated. I also don't have a "Mice and other Pointing Devices" option in the device manager. Checked online and followed through the steps of resetting/restarting the devices and that doesn't work. Not seen many other posts with the same issue and without asking me to download some dodgy software off the internet...
Don't have access to an external mouse and am unable to get one for a few days.
Please see the photo below for reference in case I haven't explained it properly! Not too great with technology
