Hi.

Tried trying dual monitors for my laptop but nothing works. There is always only one - connected via HDMI. The other was connected using the usc c - hdmi cable and the Dell Dock WD19. Can you also try a second monitor for this laptop?

@seba82

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
  • Have you tried without docking station?
  • When was the last time it worked fine?

Keep me posted for further assistance.

Hi Echo_Lake.

No , it's first time when i tried to connect two monitors to this laptop.

I didn't change anything in laptop configuration.

Yes , i  tried connect without docking station.

I trying connect two Dell monitors  P2719HC. I tried connect via usb-c and HDMI. As I mentioned monitor connected via HDMI it is works. When i connect second monitor via usb-c computer tdetected usb-hub 🙂 and that's all.

I checked update via HP Support Assistant and it didn't find anything.

@seba82

Thank you for posting back.

This sounds like compatibility issue with the docking as you mentioned monitor works via HDMI.

As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.

I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
