I want to connect two external monitors with my laptop. It's a HP laptop model 3A0A8EA (HP laptop 15-dw1219ng). I can connect one monitor directly to the HDMI port (that works) and I thought I could connect the second one to the USB-C port of the laptop (that doesn't work).
So I think the USB-C port of this laptop model does not support video output? (I tested it with an USB-C to HDMI cable and I tested it with an adapter).
Is there any possibility to connect two external monitors in extended view to this laptop? Does it work with a hp docking station?
Edit: According to the specs of the laptop it has one SuperSpeed USB Type C 5 Gbit/s.
So, what does that mean? Does it support display port alt mode?
If not, I think I couldn't even use a hp dock to connect the second external monitor, right?
