Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I recently had to reinstall windows onto my laptop because the system somehow corrupted itself and simply could not find any software to launch when starting. Reinstalling windows fixed the issue just fine and I am currently in the process of reconfiguring everything on my laptop but I am having one small issue.

Since reloading windows onto the laptop I am not longer able to use the two finger scrolling gesture that I previously had on my laptop. I do not know why this is happening because everything else seems to be working exactly the same. When I look at enabling this feature in the setting it does not even show up as an option. I really wanna get this working again because not having it is really messing up my work flow.
