Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi All,

Daughter dropped her Uni Laptop, cracked digitiser and bent keyboard/palm rest at the bottom left corner. Sourced a new keyboard/palmrest easy enough on that famous auction site and installed perfectly.

Really struggling to find a UK source for an affordable digitiser/bezel combination (want to avoid any faff with a heat gun and just swap the LCD Panel which is fine into a new frame, connect up and go...

Was really surprised the HP part store doesn't support this model (I thought spares had to be kept for 7 years...)

Any recommendations on suppliers (preferably UK based due to shipping timescales and import fees!)

Thanks in Advance...

@phanco Welcome to HP Community!

Products older than 5yrs are considered obsolete and parts aren't available as easily available prior to it, that said, you can find the part number using the HP Service and maintenance guide: click here to access it - look under page. 49 - 56 for Component replacement procedures & page. 15 Computer major components for the part numbers.

use the HP Parts Surfer to find the part number and If you've already looked for it and couldn't find it on the HP Parts Store, you may want to get it locally at the online store such as Amazon or eBay, etc...as the part numbers are universal.

I hope that answers your query,
