Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the HP USB-C Travel Hub connected to my laptop and when I startup my machine the external screen doesn't start. This was not the case when I was on W10 1803, everything worked well. I launched the feature update 1909 and from then on, I must unplug the HDMI cable and replug on every boot.
