Product: HP EliteDisplay E273m 27-inch Monitor
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey
Good morning, does anyone know if you can use the USB C socket HP E273m monitor to connect to a laptop? The HDMI works but I have two of these monitors and want both to be connected so had planned to use the HDMI for one and USB C for the other but right now when I plug it in the MacBook thinks it’s a keyboard! I was thinking maybe it’s a cable issue and that I need to upgrade to a Thunderbolt cable but now I’m doubting if the USB C socket supports video input or if it’s just for charging? Thanks in advance for any guidance on this. Dan.
