Hi, my usb-c to dual HDMI adapter is not working? Im trying to set 2 screen to connect to my laptop but doesn't seem to work. Can any one please help? Thank you

I understand that  HDMI is not working

 

May I know the Operating system using?

 

May I know the model number of the Notebook?
