HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-ba1xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

i'm trying to have multiple displays connected to my laptop but it seems that the USB-C to HDMI is not working on this laptop.

When I try to connect the hdmi to my USB-C adapter the message of "display connection might be limited" comes up.

The adapter works just fine with other latptops.

Any help?

@Lucacalca

What EXACTLY is your HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14-ba1xx  ? For example HP Pavilion x360 - 14-ba175nr, its specs

   https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06017681

which says it has

  1 USB 3.1 Type-C™ Gen 1 (Data Transfer up to 5 Gb/s) port.

That port does NOT support USB-C to HDMI for monitor. Your machine probably has SAME port. Please ONLY use HDMI port provided.

Regards.
