Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi! I was watching some content on my HP EliteBook 1030 G2 on some unofficial website on chrome. So, the real problem is while watching the whole content I'm unable to increase or decrease my brightness, it's just stuck on 30% - neither goes up, nor down. But it's working perfectly on other tabs, I mean on other websites on the same chrome browser. What can be the issue....
