Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

I have laptop Elitebook 745 G6 - 9WD73UC#ACJ with external monitor HP Z 24i. After connecting external monitor, I am unable to change brightness. Although brightness level is visible and I am able to change it, the actual display brightness doesnt gets changed. I have changed the display adaptor to "Microsoft Basic Display adaptor" and Monitor to "Generic PNP Monitor" and still there is no luck.  

 

Please help
